Shipping policy
Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will ship the product to you via our trusted courier partners. Alternatively, you may arrange for a friend or family member to collect it from our store and ship it to you.
We are pleased to offer FREE Shipping across India on all orders.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically shipped within 7–15 working days, or as per the date agreed during order confirmation.
If your order includes stitching/customization services, please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery.
Once dispatched, you will receive an online tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery Process
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a note with instructions to reschedule or collect the parcel from their local office.
- Festiwo is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
Multiple Items & Addresses
- If you wish to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
- For multiple items ordered together to the same address, delivery will follow the availability timeline of the last product in the order.
International Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all custom duties, taxes, and import charges in their respective countries.
- Our product prices do not include international duties or levies.
